I run Online Nutrition Groups and help people LOSE WEIGHT and shed FAT for good! No food or drinks are off limits and exercise is optional. We use food out of the grocery store, go to restaurants and still enjoy happy hours. You will receive a customized plan, support, accountability, incentives, community, RESULTS and so much more! Groups run 6 weeks at a time throughout the entire year!
The problem with most modern diets and programs you see gurus talking about is that they are short term wins. Sure you might loose a couple pounds if you are lucky but most of the time they are unsustainable.
This Program is based on SCIENCE.
There are no magical pills, drinks or potions that you’re required to buy.
We use regular food straight out of the grocery store. Nothing is excluded, exercise is optional and it’s all completed online.

WHAT

So WHAT ARE MACROS you may ask? Macros are macronutrients, a term used to describe the three key food groups we all require for our bodies, carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Instead of "counting calories" we track the macronutrients to achieve your individual goal.
HOW

I will customize YOUR numbers specifically for you based on age, height, weight, exercise, body composition, health history, etc. We will then track these daily on the free version of my fitness pal and then consume the macros you receive in your customized plan.
WHY
—
The macro approach removes the temptation of the so-called ‘bad foods’, as well as "bad days". And turns cheats into TREATS. After I give you your macros in grams, how you spend them is entirely up to you. So yes, you can have pizza and a glass of wine if you wish, if it fits that day.

This plan is designed for someone who desires one on one help with coach privately. You will not be on a team or within the main group. You will learn at YOUR PACE one day at a time. This is also a great option for those that may not have Facebook.
Recommended for clients that do not desire a Coach, accountability or weekly check-ins. It is highly recommended that all New Clients complete 1 round of Plus+.

Meet for one hour each week. When you’re new you will meet Kim one hour before the group class to go over the BASICS of macro counting and then you jump in with the other clients for the remaining weeks!!!! You will receive a customized nutrition plan, adjustments as needed, meet weekly in person, weigh in each week and communication through group chat via text!
